Returns Eligibility
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with all original packaging and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at proximagadgets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
- For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Exchanges
- We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at proximagadgets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
